Terms & Conditions

All visitors are expected to follow this procedure for visit to our estate: 

1. First-time visitors are to check in and fill out this form at least 30 minutes before their arrival: https://vms.buaestate.com/check-in/create-step-one
2. Return visitors can use their phone number to return to the premises using the Been Here Before feature available here https://vms.buaestate.com/check-in/return
3. ⁠Each visitor and anyone accompanying them are expected to fill out the form and present their GatePass to Security Services at the Gate.
4. Visitors shall get a Gatepass ID that looks like the attached and is to have their GatePass presented at the gate and on them for the entirety of their visit. 
5. The visitor GatePass should be sent to the host before arrival with the expected date and time of arrival.
6. Your Host shall share the visitor pass with the VMS Office for approval before gaining access to the premises.
7. Only approved visitors will get confirmation from the VMS Office.
8. Visitors are to present their QR codes or GatePass at the gate before access is granted or whenever requested by Security Services.
9. All visitors are encouraged to be on their best behaviour and adhere to our rules, terms, and signage whilst within our premises as they can be detained, sanctioned or reported to Security Services.
10. Visitors shall present their passes and checkout upon exit.
11. The host and VMS office have the right to detain visitors.
12. Visitors agree to the terms and conditions for visiting our premises.
